2. Special Orders: Items created or ordered specifically for a customer, which are not part of our standard product line, are also non-refundable.

Refunds and Replacements

1. Fault of Laser3D: If you receive a product that has manufacturing defects, incorrect customization, or any error that is directly the fault of Laser3D, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Refund:

   • It must be in the original packaging.
